Baby Einstein is a great program series to help your child grow and develop his or her little mind. It is also a very cute party theme and easily adaptable for the adults at your party with lots of brain teasers and word games when the kids are conked out. Make sure you have just the right party menu for everyone young and old alike.
A Baby Einstein party menu will need some foods to make your adult guests a little smarter and foods that are easy for the little ones to nibble on. Fish is a big brain food with plenty of Omega-3 fatty acids. So be sure to serve up some perch or cod filets to the adults and fish sticks to the kids. Nuts also have lots of those good fatty acids so be sure to put out a bowl or two of mixed nuts for the adults. For everyone at the Baby Einstein party make 
up an easy Hazelnut cake that’s oh so yummy.
Easy Baby Einstein Hazelnut Cake is a cinch. All you need is; a package of white cake mix, a jar of Nutella spread, white frosting and some Hazelnut flavoring. Mix up the cake batter and place a few drops of Hazelnut flavoring in the batter. Cook in two 9 inch baking pans. Let cool. Spread a good layer of Nutella on top of one cake then stack the other cake on top of it. Spread a thin layer of Nutella around the outside of the cake. Place in the freezer or fridge on a colder setting. After the Nutella has hardened spread the white frosting on top of the outer layer. Voila! You have a very rich, nutty flavored cake.
With this extra sweet and nutty cake on hand you’ll need extra plates for everyone on to get second helpings or maybe even thirds at your Baby Einstein party.
